FAQ's ABOUT OUR MINDEN FITNESS PROGRAMS

Warm up together as a group with mobility and stability drills to prepare your body for the session. Then, break out to complete your individual program for the day—tailored to your goals and abilities. Your personal trainer is always there to guide, support, and adjust your workout as needed. In this small group setting you’ll never have to wait for equipment, and you’ll always have the flexibility to pivot based on your needs for the day.

All classes are circuit style where we rotate through each exercise while partnered up with someone with similar abilities. Each class will include a dynamic warm up, followed by strength circuits and finishing off with cardio style conditioning. As a part of our performance program, we will mix in stretching and deep tissue self release to help you better recover. 

This session is designed for us to really get a handle on how you move, how your experiences have impacted your body, while giving you the tools to feel good about entering any one of our programs. We want to make sure know matter which service you choose you feel like your coach understands your needs first. 

We pride ourselves in making fitness accessible for all. Even in the large group setting we provide multiple options for the daily movements prescribed and will never ask you to do something outside your abilities. Our head trainer brings over a decade of experience working with injuries and helping people manage them. Strength training truly is for EVERY-BODY

All of our memberships are based on your selected frequency between 1 and up to 4 sessions weekly. All of our programs are updated every four weeks, and memberships are charged accordingly. We operate on a month-to-month basis, and allow for membership pauses as we understand that life happens, and sometimes getting to the gym can be challenging.
